Olympic Peninsula Authors partners with Blue Whole Gallery co-op every second Wednesday for an advanced signed-up Open Mic. This month’s theme is Thankfulness, prose and poetry.

I will read three poems, “Through Their Eyes, I See Their Little Girl,” “Joy is disguised” (recently accepted by The Journal of Expressive Writing), and “Sailing in the Sunshine” (published in Potpourri: Poetry, Prose & Pictures, 2023, and soon in my forthcoming chapbook, Paddling the Sweet Spot Between Life and Death).
